There's just a 15 minutes interval between my breakfast and my lunch. Right after having hokkien mee, lor bak and wantan mee at Kafe Kheng Pin we continue our food hunting. Yea, we really do have big appetite. Haha...

This is another place recommended by a friend of mine. A curry mee stall located outside Campbell Street Market. It's a unique place to have a bowl of curry mee.

This is the small lane where the curry mee is served. There are just a few small tables spread along the lane. Most people prefer to ta pau (take away) I guess, as this is what I observed while I was sitting there having my bowl of curry mee.
My bowl of curry mee without the pig's blood as per my request. The curry mee is quite 'lemak' and the chili is not too spicy. The prawns used are very fresh and it's cooked to the perfect timing.

why hui ling go eat curry mee?
i thought she just ate hokkien mee,
    followed by wantan mee,
why still go eat curry mee?

why hui ling go eat curry mee?
it is quite lemak and not spicy,
not as good as the hokkien mee,
    until stomach feel starchy!

why hui ling go eat curry mee?
the stall's lane is so small,
everyone had to ta pao the curry mee,
    better eat at shopping mall!

why hui ling go eat curry mee?
Coz she want to give it a bite,
although already ate the wantan mee,
but she had a big appetite!

The curry mee looks yummy, and the soup is not too thick with coconut milk, just nice.

i want to try the one in air itam, sold by the old lady by the roadside. I heard it's nice but never try it.

This curry mee also not bad but the Auntie would could add ons separately. The last time I had a bowl there cost me RM6! Next time I'll go to the market beside the stall buy big prawns and dried tofu. It won't cost that much too.. haha :P
